PURPOSE: The Camp Dill Foundation INC. seeking funding through the State of NJ Green Acres Program for improvements at Camp Dill located at 509-511 Cokesbury Road, Annandale, NJ 08801.

 

PROJECT SCOPE: The Camp Dill Foundation INC. proposes to renovate the following facilities: Camp Dill : Septic System and Comfort Stations. A concept plan showing the proposed changes and a preliminary cost estimate can be found at: CampDill.org.

 

PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT: A copy of the application will be on file at the offices of The Camp Dill Foundation, INC. 3 Strek Drive, Parlin, NJ 08859, as well as at the Green Acres office, and is available for review and comment. The Camp Dill Foundation is undertaking a major capital improvement project as we approach our 100 year anniversary. The project is to modernize our sanitation system and comfort station (‘Rosie’) and will take place in two phases. They are:

 

Phase 1: an upgrading of the sanitary wastewater disposal system to collect both gray and brown water discharged from camp activities. 

 

Phase 2: replace our existing latrine with a shower-bearing comfort system.
